You may be contacted by companies offering to assist you in filing a Claim Form in exchange for a fee or a portion of any payment you may receive from the Settlement.

You do not need to use any third-party service to file a claim in this Settlement. Filing directly with the Settlement Administrator will be free of charge through this website or by mailing a paper Claim Form (postage required). You may contact the Settlement Administrator for assistance in understanding or completing your Claim Form.

While you may choose to use a third-party company, please be aware of the following:

These companies may suggest that you are required to use their services. This is not accurate.
They may charge substantial fees.
Their involvement can lead to errors that may affect your eligibility for payment if not corrected.
If a third party files a claim on your behalf, all correspondence regarding your claim will be directed to that third party.
If any issues arise with your claim submission, you will be relying on the third-party filer to resolve them.

If you are unsure whether you are part of the Settlement Class, you can search for your rental address on the Property List. Even if your property does not appear on the Property List or the search produces an inconclusive result, you may still submit a claim for consideration.
